Our current class schedule consists of one hour classes 6 days a week:
- Monday thru Thursday at 6:30AM, 8:30AM, 4PM & 5PM
- Friday and Saturday at 8:30AM
Each Day of class has a different emphasis, which rotates every week.
We also offer Personal Training, Sport Specific Training, and Nutrition Plans.
Results Boot Camp Program: $100/month for one, $150/month for two, $250/month with nutrition plan
Personal Training: $60/Hour
Small Group private Training: 3-5 people $30 each
